I got my Premium Starter Kit in November 2014 and started using them right away. My first time using my diffuser, I put a couple drops of both Thieves and Lemon and just stood there with my head close to the top breathing in the wonderful aroma. I was using Lavender at night to help me sleep and even made a spray for my linens. I put the roller top on my bottle of Panaway and just rolled that down my spine to help with all the discomfort I have from arthritis.
To say these oils changed my life is an understatement! I use them everyday…yes, everyday since November 2014 and I don’t plan on stopping. I believe they have helped me in dealing with so many issues, some that I will always have like Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Degenerative Discs and some that just come and go with everyday life.
